Illinois High School Basketball - Salt Fork crushes Georgetown-Ridge Farm
December 27, 2022: Georgetown, IL 61846 Salt Fork Storm (Sidell, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Georgetown-Ridge Farm Buffaloes (Georgetown, IL), 64-32 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Salt Fork upgrades its record to 11-0 on the season. The Storm travel to Armstrong (Armstrong, IL) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 27. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 2-6. Armstrong lost 68-37 in their recent league bout against Oakwood (Fithian, IL)
Next up, the Buffaloes play the Heritage Hawks (Broadlands, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 27. Georgetown-Ridge Farm will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Hawks go into the bout with a 2-7 record after their 51-45 non-league loss to Arthur-Okaw Christian (Arthur, IL).
