Indiana High School Basketball - Munster crushes Kankakee Valley

Munster Mustangs (Munster, IN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Kankakee Valley Kougars (Wheatfield, IN), 44-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Munster upgrades its record to 13-3 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Washington Township (Valparaiso, IN) to play the Senators in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 2. The Senators go into the bout with a record of 9-7. Washington Township lost 58-57 in their recent non-league bout against Portage (Portage, IN)

Next up, the Kougars play the Lake Central Indians (St. John, IN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Kankakee Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 13-3 record after their 51-45 non-league win over Indian Creek (Trafalgar, IN).
