Maryland High School Basketball - River Hill holds off Wilde Lake
December 7, 2022: Clarksville, MD 21029 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the River Hill Hawks (Clarksville, MD) and the visiting Wilde Lake Wildecats (Columbia, MD), saw River Hill's basketball squad hold off Wilde Lake by a tally of 55-54.
With the victory, River Hill improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Hawks host Reservoir (Fulton, MD) to confront the 'Gators in a Howard County challenge on Friday, December 9. The 'Gators come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Reservoir won 62-36 in their recent league challenge against Oakland Mills (Columbia, MD)
Next up, the Wildecats confront the Atholton Raiders (Columbia, MD) in a Howard County challenge, on Friday, December 9. Wilde Lake will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 54-50 league win over Centennial (Ellicott City, MD).
