February 1, 2024: Hermantown, MN 55811 The Hermantown Hawks basketball team scored 103 points and held the visiting Grand Rapids Thunderhawks to 88 in the Hawks league triumph on Thursday.
The Hawks now sport a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Proctor for a non-league contest on Friday, February 2. Hermantown will meet a Rails team coming off a 92-25 league loss to Esko (Esko, MN). The Rails record now stands at 4-14.
The Thunderhawks (6-13) will now prepare for their contest against Hibbing (Hibbing, MN). The Bluejackets enter the non-league contest with a 2-14 record. In their last contest, Hibbing ran past Aitkin (Aitkin, MN), 55-39, in a non-league contest.
