The Topsail Pirates basketball team scored 65 points and limited the host Ashley Screaming Eagle to 64 in the Pirates league triumph on Tuesday.

The Pirates now possess a 10-13 record. They play next when they host Laney for a 3A/4A Mideastern game on Thursday, February 13. Topsail will confront a Buccaneers team coming off a 74-42 league win over North Brunswick (Leland, NC). The Buccaneers record now stands at 14-7.

With the loss, Ashley falls to 9-14 on the campaign. The Screaming eagle travel to North Brunswick (Leland, NC) to confront the Scorpions in a 3A/4A Mideastern game on Thursday, February 13.
