New Mexico High School Basketball - Hope Christian overwhelms Albuquerque Academy
February 11, 2025: Albuquerque, NM 87109 The Hope Christian Huskies basketball team scored 70 points and limited the host Albuquerque Academy Chargers to 41 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Huskies now have a 18-1 record. They play next when they travel to Los Alamos for a non-league game on Thursday, February 13. Hope Christian will confront a Hilltoppers team coming off a 55-42 non-league loss to Moriarty (Moriarty, NM). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 3-7.
With the loss, Albuquerque Academy falls to 9-9 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Del Norte (Albuquerque, NM) to confront the Knights in a non-league game on Friday, February 14. The Knights go into the game with a record of 6-9. Del Norte won 58-42 in their recent non-league game against Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM)
