The Andrews Wildcats (Andrews, NC) basketball were winner over the visiting Swain County Maroon Devils (Bryson City, NC), 58-41 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 11-10 record. They play next when they travel to Murphy for a 1A Smoky Mountain - Big bout on Thursday, February 13. Andrews will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 49-35 league loss to Hayesville (Hayesville, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-14.

With the loss, Swain County falls to 4-16 on the campaign. The Maroon devils travel to Cherokee (Cherokee, NC) to play the Braves in a 1A Smoky Mountain - Big bout on Thursday, February 13. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 19-2. Cherokee won 77-40 in their recent league bout against Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NC)
