In Tuesday's non-league test, the Andrews Wildcats (Andrews, NC) basketball squad knocked off the host Summit Charter Bears (Cashiers, NC), by a score of 63-49.

Next, the Wildcats encounter the Hiwassee Dam Eagles (Murphy, NC) in a 1A Smoky Mountain test, on Thursday, January 16. Andrews will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 10-2 record after their 68-39 league win over Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NC).
