North Carolina High School Basketball - Bradford Prep knocks off Mountain Island Charter

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Bradford Prep Bears basketball team scored a good 39-27 win over the Mountain Island Charter Raptors.

The Bears (7-13) will now prepare for their contest against Corvian Community (Charlotte, NC). The Cardinals come into the 1A/2A Catawba Shores contest with a 8-13 record. In their last contest, Corvian Community was topped by Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC), 37-31, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Raptors battle the Lincoln Charter Eagles (Denver, NC) in a 1A/2A Catawba Shores contest, on Friday, February 14. Mountain Island Charter will attempt to better on its 9-10 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 16-6 record after their 64-54 league win over Christ the King (Huntersville, NC).
