The Northampton County Jaguars were victorious over the host Northwest Halifax Vikings basketball squad by a final score of 58-38 in Thursday's league outing.

Next, the Jaguars face the North Edgecombe Warriors (Tarboro, NC) in a 1A Tar Roanoke outing, on Saturday, February 15. Northampton County will attempt to upgrade on its 16-5 season record. The Warriors enter the outing with a 10-10 record after their 81-65 league win over Weldon (Weldon, NC).
