Utah High School Basketball - Skyline overwhelms Brighton

February 14, 2023: Salt Lake City, UT 84121

Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Skyline Eagles (Salt Lake City, UT) and the host Brighton Bengals (Salt Lake City, UT), saw Skyline's basketball squad wallop Brighton by a count of 73-52.

With the victory, Skyline upgrades its record to 16-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Juan Diego Catholic (Draper, UT) to play the Soaring Eagle in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 17. The Soaring Eagle come into the challenge with a record of 13-9. Juan Diego Catholic lost 61-52 in their recent non-league challenge against Brighton (Salt Lake City, UT)

Next up, the Bengals play the East Leopards (Salt Lake City, UT) in a 5A Region 6 challenge, on Friday, February 17. Brighton will attempt to upgrade on its 15-7 season record. The Leopards come into the challenge with a 11-8 record after their 54-44 league loss to Highland (Salt Lake City, UT).
