The Riggs Governors basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the host Brookings Bobcats to 31 in the Governors league victory on Tuesday.

The Governors now sport a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mitchell for a AA contest on Friday, February 17. Riggs will battle a Kernels team coming off a 52-39 league loss to Washington (Sioux Falls, SD). The Kernels record now stands at 8-9.

The Bobcats (4-12) will now prepare for their contest against Aberdeen Central (Aberdeen, SD). The Golden Eagles come into the AA contest with a 6-9 record. In their last contest, Aberdeen Central was routed by O'Gorman (Sioux Falls, SD), 70-38, in a league contest.
