In Friday's league test, the Tri County Area Vikings (Howard City, MI) basketball squad trounced the visiting Chippewa Hills Warriors (Remus, MI), by a score of 66-44.

Next, the Vikings encounter the Central Montcalm Hornets (Stanton, MI) in a Central State - Gold test, on Tuesday, February 18. Tri County Area will attempt to improve on its 5-15 season record.

The Warriors (6-14) will now prepare for their test against Lakeview (Lakeview, MI). The Wildcats come into the non-league test with a 5-16 record. In their last test, Lakeview was routed by Morley Stanwood (Morley, MI), 60-48, in a league test.
