February 15, 2023: Marriottsville, MD 21104 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Chapelgate Christian Academy Yellowjackets (Marriottsville, MD) and the visiting Friends Quakers (Baltimore, MD), saw Chapelgate Christian Academy's basketball squad wallop Friends by a tally of 64-36.
With the victory, Chapelgate Christian Academy improves its record to 23-6 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Indian Creek (Crownsville, MD) to confront the Eagles in a MIAA B challenge on Friday, February 17. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 13-19. Indian Creek lost 76-69 in their recent league challenge against St. Paul's (Brooklandville, MD)
Next up, the Quakers confront the Archbishop Curley Friars (Baltimore, MD) in a MIAA B challenge, on Friday, February 17. Friends will attempt to improve on its 13-12 season record.
