In Tuesday's league outing, the Valley Vikings (Albuquerque, NM) basketball squad edged the visiting Del Norte Knights (Albuquerque, NM), by a count of 42-41.

The Vikings (12-13) will now prepare for their outing against Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM). The Spartans go into the 4A District 6 outing with a 10-15 record. In their last outing, Bernalillo was tipped by Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM), 58-38, in a league outing.
