Minnesota High School Basketball - Coon Rapids knocked off by Centennial
February 21, 2023: Coon Rapids, MN 55433 The Centennial Cougars basketball team scored 94 points and held the host Coon Rapids Cardinals to 78 in the Cougars league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cougars now sport a 5-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Duluth East for a AAAA Section 7 contest on Friday, February 24.
The Cardinals (5-18) will now prepare for their contest against Rogers (Rogers, MN). The Royals enter the non-league contest with a 7-15 record. In their last contest, Rogers was defeated by Elk River (Elk River, MN), 65-61, in a league contest.
