Indiana High School Basketball - Portage routs La Porte

February 21, 2025: La Porte, IN 46350

In Friday's league contest, the visiting Portage Indians basketball team scored a big 79-54 triumph over the La Porte Slicers.

The Indians (16-5) will now prepare for their contest against Hebron (Hebron, IN). The Hawks go into the non-league contest with a 13-7 record. In their last contest, Hebron smashed North Judson-San Pierre (North Judson, IN), 59-57, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Slicers battle the Mishawaka Marian Knights (Mishawaka, IN) in a non-league contest, on Friday, February 28. La Porte will attempt to better on its 14-8 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 13-9 record after their 65-53 league win over South Bend Adams (South Bend, IN).
