February 24, 2023: Union, KY 41091 The Cooper Jaguars (Union, KY) basketball nipped the visiting Conner Cougars (Hebron, KY), 59-55 in Friday's non-league test.
The Jaguars (16-12) will now prepare for their test against Highlands (Fort Thomas, KY). The Bluebirds go into the non-league test with a 22-9 record. In their last test, Highlands was tipped by Newport (Newport, KY), 72-61, in a league test.
The Cougars now own a 19-8 record. They play next when they travel to Lloyd Memorial for a non-league test on Monday, February 27. Conner will encounter a Juggernauts squad coming off a 73-31 league win over Villa Madonna (Covington, KY). The Juggernauts record now stands at 15-9.
