Kentucky High School Basketball - Cooper nudges Highlands
March 1, 2023: Union, KY 41091 Cooper Jaguars (Union, KY) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Highlands Bluebirds (Fort Thomas, KY), 68-62 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Cooper upgrades its record to 17-12 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Covington Catholic (Park Hills, KY) to clash with the Colonels in a non-league bout on Sunday, March 5. The Colonels go into the bout with a record of 27-4. Covington Catholic won 66-55 in their recent non-league bout against St. Henry (Erlanger, KY)
