February 26, 2025: Farmington, NM 87401 In Wednesday's non-league test, the Navajo Prep Eagles (Farmington, NM) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Wingate Bears (Fort Wingate, NM), by a score of 62-53.
Next, the Eagles encounter the Thoreau Hawks (Thoreau, NM) in a non-league test, on Thursday, February 27. Navajo Prep will attempt to improve on its 21-6 season record. The Hawks come into the test with a 14-12 record after their 69-60 non-league win over Zuni (Zuni, NM).
The Bears (12-16) will now prepare for their test against Crownpoint (Crownpoint, NM). The Eagles come into the non-league test with a 8-18 record. In their last test, Crownpoint went down by Wingate (Fort Wingate, NM), 52-38, in a non-league test.
