The Central Dragons basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Richland Rams to 37 in the Dragons league triumph on Friday.

The Dragons now sport a 18-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chestnut Ridge for a Laurel Highlands contest on Monday, February 6. Central will battle a Lions team coming off a 66-59 league loss to Bishop Carroll (Ebensburg, PA). The Lions record now stands at 6-12.

The Rams (9-10) will now prepare for their contest against Penn Cambria (Cresson, PA). The Panthers enter the Laurel Highlands contest with a 14-4 record.
