The Northwest Cabarrus Trojans basketball team (Concord, NC), was nudged 50-43 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Concord Spiders (Concord, NC)

The Spiders now possess a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Rowan for a 3A Conference 48 battle on Tuesday, February 7. Concord will battle a Falcons team coming off a 101-57 league loss to Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 14-7.

The Trojans (10-9) will now prepare for their battle against Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC). The Knights come into the 3A Conference 48 battle with a 11-10 record. In their last battle, Lake Norman Charter edged South Rowan (China Grove, NC), 76-40, in a league battle.
