The Wamogo Regional Warriors basketball team scored 74 points and restricted the visiting Northwestern Regional Highlanders to 63 in the Warriors league victory on Friday.

The Warriors now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shepaug Valley for a Berkshire contest on Tuesday, February 7. Wamogo Regional will battle a Spartans team coming off a 72-60 league win over Litchfield (Litchfield, CT). The Spartans record now stands at 10-4.

The Highlanders (12-5) will now prepare for their contest against Canton (Canton, CT). The Warriors come into the non-league contest with a 9-7 record. In their last contest, Canton was defeated by Ellington (Ellington, CT), 65-37, in a league contest.
