In Monday's league test, the Manchester Valley Mavericks (Manchester, MD) basketball squad defeated the host Century Knights (Sykesville, MD), by a final score of 38-27.

Next, the Mavericks clash with the Westminster Owls (Westminster, MD) in a Carroll County test, on Wednesday, February 5. Manchester Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 10-5 season record.
