The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Elgin/Pope John Wolfpack (Elgin, NE) and the visiting North Central Knights (Bassett, NE), observed Elgin/Pope John's basketball team overwhelm North Central by a score of 60-37.

The Wolfpack (16-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Chambers/Wheeler Central (Chambers, NE). The Renegades come into the non-league challenge with a 10-10 record. In their last challenge, Chambers/Wheeler Central trounced Stuart (Stuart, NE), 36-29, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights encounter the Niobrara/Verdigre Cougars (Niobrara, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 8.
