North Carolina High School Basketball - Northwest Cabarrus crushes East Rowan

February 6, 2024: Salisbury, NC 28146

Northwest Cabarrus Trojans (Concord, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC), 62-19 in a league bout.

With the win, Northwest Cabarrus upgrades its record to 17-4 on the season. The Trojans travel to Carson (China Grove, NC) to clash with the Cougars in a 3A South Piedmont bout on Friday, February 9. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 1-19. Carson lost 46-24 in their recent league bout against Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC)

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC) in a 3A South Piedmont bout, on Tuesday, February 13. East Rowan will attempt to upgrade on its 10-11 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 1-20 record after their 73-15 league loss to Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC).
