The Mountain Vista Golden Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO) ice hockey the host Chaparral Wolverines (Parker, CO), 4-2 in Saturday's league test.

Next, the Golden Eagles face the Cherry Creek Bruins (Greenwood Village, CO) in a non-league test, on Monday, February 9. Mountain Vista will attempt to upgrade on its 12-4 season record. The Bruins come into the test with a 13-3 record after their 4-0 league win over Denver East (Denver, CO).

The Wolverines (9-9) will now prepare for their test against Monarch (Louisville, CO). The Coyotes come into the non-league battle with a 8-8 record.
