The Lincoln County Panthers basketball squad (Hamlin, WV), was crushed 84-39 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Nitro Wildcats (Nitro, WV)

With the victory, Nitro advances its record to 11-4 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Charleston Catholic (Charleston, WV) to meet the Irish in a non-league battle on Monday, February 10. The Irish enter the battle with a record of 7-9. Charleston Catholic lost 77-72 in their recent league battle against Scott (Madison, WV)

The Panthers now own a 1-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tolsia for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 11. Lincoln County will meet a Rebels squad coming off a 94-45 league win over Man (Man, WV). The Rebels record now stands at 3-14.
