In Thursday's league outing, the Sidwell Friends Quakers (Washington, DC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Potomac School Panthers (McLean, VA), by a margin of 69-35.

The Quakers (19-4) will now prepare for their outing against Maret (Washington, DC). The Frogs go into the Mid-Atlantic outing with a 17-8 record. In their last outing, Maret smashed Georgetown Day (Washington, DC), 73-54, in a league outing.

The Panthers now own a 14-10 record. They play next when they travel to Flint Hill for a VISAA Division I outing on Saturday, February 11.
