February 9, 2023: Beltsville, MD 20705 The High Point Eagles basketball team (Beltsville, MD), was routed 51-9 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Northwestern Wildcats (Hyattsville, MD)
The Wildcats now sport a 5-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wise for a Prince George's County 4A battle on Tuesday, February 14. Northwestern will battle a Pumas team coming off a 57-50 league win over Eleanor Roosevelt (Greenbelt, MD). The Pumas record now stands at 16-3.
The Eagles (0-14) will now prepare for their battle against Wise (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Pumas come into the Prince George's County 4A battle with a 16-3 record.
