Texas High School Basketball - Saltillo winner over Union Hill
February 9, 2024: Gilmer, TX 75644 The Saltillo Lions (Saltillo, TX) basketball felled the host Union Hill Bulldogs (Gilmer, TX), 48-37 in Friday's league test.
The Lions (20-15) will now prepare for their test against Sulphur Bluff (Sulphur Bluff, TX). The Bears go into the 1A Region III District 24 test with a 25-9 record. In their last test, Sulphur Bluff thwarted Union Hill (Gilmer, TX), 66-43, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 9-13 record. They play next when they travel to Bloomburg for a 1A Region III District 24 test on Tuesday, February 13.
