Arizona High School Baseball - Millennium sneaks past Mountain Ridge

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Millennium Tigers (Goodyear, AZ) and the visiting Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ), saw Millennium's baseball team get by Mountain Ridge by a tally of 7-6.

The Tigers (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against San Luis (San Luis, AZ). The Sidewinders enter the non-league battle with a 8-7 record. In their last battle, San Luis held off Cibola (Yuma, AZ), 5-2, in a league battle.

Next, the Mountain Lions face the Westwood Warriors (Mesa, AZ) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 20. Mountain Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Warriors enter the battle with a 9-5 record after their 8-2 non-league win over Shadow Ridge (Surprise, AZ).
