March 20, 2025: Sun Valley, CA 91352 Sun Valley Magnet Pioneers (Sun Valley, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology Griffins (Sun Valley, CA), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Sun Valley Magnet improves its record to 4-2 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Chavez (San Fernando, CA) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, March 21. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 2-4. Chavez lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Verdugo Hills (Tujunga, CA)
The Griffins now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valley Oaks CES for a non-league test on Friday, March 21. Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology will face a Vanguards squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Community Charter (Lakeview Terrace, CA). The Vanguards record now stands at 2-2.
