In Wednesday's league bout, the Alhambra Lions (Phoenix, AZ) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Metro Tech Knights (Phoenix, AZ), by a tally of 15-0.

Next up, the Lions encounter the Central Bobcats (Phoenix, AZ) in a 5A Metro bout, on Friday, April 3. Alhambra will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Bobcats enter the bout with a 0-10 record after their 16-4 league loss to Carl Hayden Community (Phoenix, AZ).
