April 28, 2023: Plattsburgh, NY 12901 Spectators at Friday's league match between the Plattsburgh Hornets (Plattsburgh, NY) and the visiting Northern Adirondack Bobcats (Ellenburg Depot, NY), witnessed Plattsburgh's softball squad prevail over Northern Adirondack by a count of 11-3.
The Hornets now sport a 5-0 record. They play next when they host Northeastern Clinton for a Section 7 Champlain Valley I match on Monday, May 1. Plattsburgh will face a Cougars squad coming off a 6-4 league loss to Ticonderoga (Ticonderoga, NY). The Cougars record now stands at 0-5.
With the loss, Northern Adirondack moves to 2-3 on the season. The Bobcats host Ticonderoga (Ticonderoga, NY) to face the Sentinels in a Section 7 Champlain Valley I match on Monday, May 1.
