Giles Spartans (Pearisburg, VA) supporters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Bland County Bears (Rocky Gap, VA), 15-0 in a league game.

With the triumph, Giles improves its record to 5-2 on the year. The Spartans travel to Narrows (Narrows, VA) to play the Green Waves in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 9. The Green Waves enter the game with a record of 0-5. Narrows lost 18-2 in their recent league game against Parry McCluer (Buena Vista, VA)
