The North Cross Raiders crushed the visiting Carlisle Chiefs baseball team by a count of 8-1 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Raiders now possess a 13-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Virginia Episcopal School for a non-league bout on Thursday, May 11. North Cross will face a Bishops team coming off a 12-2 non-league win over Hargrave Military Academy (Chatham, VA). The Bishops record now stands at 15-6.
