The Donna Redskins prevailed the host Porter Cowboys volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Redskins confront the Sharyland Rattlers (Mission, TX) in a non-league game, on Friday, August 29. Donna will attempt to advance on its 10-4 season record. The Rattlers enter the game with a 15-5 record after their 3-1 league win over McAllen (McAllen, TX).

The Cowboys (3-9) will now prepare for their game against Juarez-Lincoln (La Joya, TX). The Huskies enter the non-league match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, Juarez-Lincoln fell by Palmview (La Joya, TX), 3-0, in a league bout.
