North Carolina High School Volleyball - Berry overwhelmed by Cox Mill

September 16, 2025: Concord, NC 28027

The Cox Mill Chargers topped the visiting Berry Cardinals volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Chargers confront the West Stanly Colts (Oakboro, NC) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, September 17. Cox Mill will attempt to advance on its 11-0 season record. The Colts come into the outing with a 12-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over North Stanly (New London, NC).

With the loss, Berry drops to 3-10 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to West Cabarrus (Concord, NC) to play the Wolverines in a Greater Metro (GMAC) 6A/7A game on Thursday, September 18. The Wolverines enter the game with a record of 6-5. West Cabarrus won 3-1 in their recent league game against A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC)
