The Cox Mill Chargers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls to 2 in the Chargers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Chargers now possess a 18-0 record. They play next when they host West Cabarrus for a Greater Metro (GMAC) 6A/7A game on Thursday, October 2. Cox Mill will confront a Wolverines squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Olympic (Charlotte, NC). The Wolverines record now stands at 9-6.

The Ragin' Bulls (15-5) will now prepare for their game against A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC). The Wonders enter the Greater Metro (GMAC) 6A/7A game with a 11-8 record. In their last game, A.L. Brown held off Concord (Concord, NC), 3-1, in a non-league bout.
