Texas High School Volleyball - Sanger nudged by Richland

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Richland Raiders volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Sanger Indians.

The Raiders (11-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake Dallas (Corinth, TX). The Falcons come into the 4A Region II District 9 challenge with a 9-10 record. In their last challenge, Lake Dallas was nudged by Aubrey (Aubrey, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Indians meet the Celina Bobcats (Celina, TX) in a 4A Region II District 9 challenge, on Friday, September 19. Sanger will attempt to upgrade on its 19-12 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 9-22 record after their 3-1 league win over Van Alstyne (Van Alstyne, TX).
