Oklahoma High School Softball - Checotah bounces Gore
September 18, 2023: Gore, OK 74435 The Checotah Wildcats (Checotah, OK) softball routed the host Gore Pirates (Gore, OK), 8-1 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Wildcats (13-14) will now prepare for their bout against Beggs (Beggs, OK). The Demons go into the non-league bout with a 10-30 record. In their last bout, Beggs was routed by Kellyville (Kellyville, OK), 12-0, in a league bout.
The Pirates now possess a 11-16 record. They play next when they travel to Dewar for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 19. Gore will face a Dragons squad coming off a 9-1 non-league win over Mason (Mason, OK). The Dragons record now stands at 27-4.
