September 19, 2023: Piggott, AR 72454 The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Walnut Ridge Bobcats (Walnut Ridge, AR) and the host Piggott Mohawks (Piggott, AR), saw Walnut Ridge's volleyball squad nip Piggott by a tally of 3-2.
With the win, Walnut Ridge upgrades its record to 8-3 on the year. The Bobcats host Manila (Manila, AR) to play the Lions in a 3A Northeast bout on Thursday, September 21. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 8-2. Manila won 3-2 in their recent league bout against Crowley's Ridge Academy (Paragould, AR)
