North Carolina High School Football - Northwest Cabarrus trounces East Rowan

September 22, 2023: Concord, NC 28027

In Friday's league match, the host Northwest Cabarrus Trojans football squad scored a big 44-0 victory over the East Rowan Mustangs.

In their next game, the Trojans clash with the West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC) in a South Piedmont 3A match, on Friday, September 29. Northwest Cabarrus will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Falcons enter the match with a 2-3 record after their 54-28 league win over South Rowan (China Grove, NC).

The Mustangs (0-5) will now prepare for their match against Robinson (Concord, NC). The Bulldogs enter the South Piedmont 3A match with a 5-0 record. In their last match, Robinson routed Carson (China Grove, NC), 26-6, in a league match.
