The Banks County Leopards volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Athens Academy Spartans to 0 in the Leopards league triumph on Tuesday.

The Leopards now have a 19-10 record. They play next when they travel to Oglethorpe County for a 1A Area 8 outing on Thursday, September 25. Banks County will play a Patriots team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Stephens County (Toccoa, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 22-8.

With the loss, Athens Academy drops to 19-10 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Providence Christian Academy (Lilburn, GA) to face the Storm in a 1A Area 8 game on Thursday, September 25.
