Oglethorpe County Patriots (Lexington, GA) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the host Banks County Leopards (Homer, GA), 2-0 in a league outing.

The Patriots now have a 24-8 record.

With the loss, Banks County drops to 20-11 on the campaign. The Leopards travel to Rabun County (Tiger, GA) to play the Wildcats in a 1A Area 8 outing on Thursday, September 25. The Wildcats come into the outing with a record of 8-21. Rabun County lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Highlands (Highlands, NC)
