The Morrison Mustangs volleyball squad (Morrison, IL), was defeated 2-0 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Eastland Cougars (Lanark, IL)

With the win, Eastland improves its record to 14-3 on the season. The Cougars travel to Milledgeville (Milledgeville, IL) to encounter the Missiles in a Northwest Upstate Illini battle on Tuesday, September 30. The Missiles go into the battle with a record of 15-3.

The Mustangs now own a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dakota for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 27. Morrison will encounter a Indians squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Forreston (Forreston, IL). The Indians record now stands at 12-9.
