The Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons basketball squad (Olney, MD), was crushed 75-34 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Bishop McNamara Mustangs (Forestville, MD)

With the victory, Bishop McNamara advances its record to 16-1 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Legion Preparatory Academy (Dallas, TX) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Saturday, January 25. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a record of 19-6. Legion Preparatory Academy won 61-60 in their recent non-league battle against Kinkaid (Houston, TX)

The Falcons now own a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. John's for a Washington Catholic battle on Tuesday, January 28. Our Lady of Good Counsel will meet a Cadets squad coming off a 59-55 league win over Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA). The Cadets record now stands at 17-2.
