The Leadership Academy Falcons basketball team scored 80 points and limited the host Cornerstone Charter Cardinals to 49 in the Falcons league triumph on Tuesday.

The Falcons now possess a 5-0 record. They play next when they host Piedmont Classical for a 1A Northwest Piedmont game on Friday, December 13. Leadership Academy will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 77-35 league win over Bethany Community (Summerfield, NC). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-4.

With the loss, Cornerstone Charter falls to 6-2 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Bishop McGuinness (Kernersville, NC) to confront the Villains in a 1A Northwest Piedmont game on Friday, December 13. The Villains go into the game with a record of 4-0.
