The Cornerstone Charter Cardinals basketball squad (Greensboro, NC), was outscored 61-49 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Piedmont Classical Bobcats (Browns Summit, NC)

With the victory, Piedmont Classical advances its record to 8-12 on the year. The Bobcats travel to Triad Math and Science Academy (Greensboro, NC) to meet the Bengals in a 1A Northwest Piedmont battle on Thursday, February 13. The Bengals enter the battle with a record of 4-14. Triad Math and Science Academy won 53-52 in their recent league battle against Bethany Community (Summerfield, NC)

The Cardinals now own a 12-12 record.
